Home remedies, which we present below, may prove to be one of the elements of acne treatment, but they do not replace a visit to the specialist.

Yeast mask

Yeast contains among others B vitamins, biotin, valuable amino acids, zinc, chromium, selenium, copper, phosphorus and many other valuable elements. Thanks to which they perfectly nourish the skin, strengthen its protective barrier, prevent the formation of pimples and effectively soothe acne and inflammation. No wonder they are so popular. What is more, making them is trivial.

In a bowl, using a fork, crush a small amount of baker’s yeast. You can find it in any supermarket. Add a bit of warm water or milk and mix until a creamy paste is formed. Then, apply the mask on your cleansed face and keep it on for about 30 minutes. After this time, the mixture should dry and start to peel off from your face. Wash off the residue with warm water. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times a week.

Masque from oatmeal

Oatmeal is a treasury of many valuable vitamins and minerals. It is worth eating them, but also to use in the care of problematic skin. They help to deal with acne, skin inflammation or irritation.

To prepare a mask, pour a little hot water or milk over 3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal and wait until it swells. Then apply the mixture on your cleansed face and wait 10-15 minutes. After this time, rinse the mask with lukewarm water.
