How to perform a hand scrub?

It takes approx. 3 minutes to read this article

Every woman who takes care of herself should regularly perform hand scrubbing. Then the skin will be beautiful and velvety to the touch. So how to make it?

Hand peeling is the basis of care. It makes the skin smooth, noticeably younger and pleasant to the touch. Such a treatment also improves circulation and improves color. Experts recommend performing it at least once a week. Especially since the whole thing takes literally a moment.

You can find plenty of ready-made hand and body scrubs in drugstores. It is enough to apply them to the hands and massage them for a while, then wash them off with lukewarm water and dry them thoroughly. However, it is worth making a homemade scrub, which will be all-natural and tailored to our individual needs – on top of that, it is undoubtedly a cheaper solution.

In addition to scrubbing, you should also take care of a good soap, such as glycerin soap. It is advisable that it does not contain artificial aromas, dyes, which could not only sensitize, but also dry out the skin of the hands. After washing them, moisturize the skin with a cream every time. It is also worth remembering to apply a mask once in a while. For daily activities such as cleaning or washing – it is necessary to use gloves. These few activities will make your skin healthier and more beautiful.

Peeling with salt

To prepare such a scrub we need:

  • ½ tsp of salt,
  • ½ tsp of coconut oil,
  • 2-3 drops of your favorite oil.

Mix salt with coconut oil until a thick slurry is formed. Then add your favorite oil, such as rosemary oil. We mix everything again and apply it to the moistened skin of the hands. We spread the pap over the entire surface of our hands, thus performing a gentle massage. After a few minutes we wash everything off with lukewarm water, dry our hands and apply cream.

Peeling with salt can not be performed on hands with wounds.

Peeling with sugar and lemon not only for blemishes

If you want to even out the skin tone, then it is worth making a scrub from sugar and lemon. To make it you need:

  • 2 tablespoons of fine sugar,
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and apply to the hands. Then we massage them with gentle, circular motions. After a few minutes we wash off the pap and dry the skin with a clean towel. After such a treatment, the skin will be brightened and lightened, and blemishes will be much less visible. However, be sure not to do this scrub if you have recently used self-tanner or bronzing lotion.

Stimulating coffee scrub

Coffee grounds scrub perfectly stimulates with its fragrance, and has a great effect on the condition of our skin. To prepare a coffee scrub we need:

  • 2.5 tablespoons of coffee,
  • 2 tablespoons of jojoba/sweet almond oil or olive oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.

We brew the coffee and wait until it cools down. Then we put the grounds into a bowl, add oil and sugar. We mix the whole thing thoroughly and apply it to our hands. Gently massage the skin for a few minutes and wash off the slurry with lukewarm water.
