How to prepare it at home? Just try to get the following ingredients: 1/4 cup of natural honey, necessarily Polish, since Chinese contains too much sugar in it, 1/4 cup of water, or coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of gray or castile liquid soap, one sprig or a few drops of aloe vera. The ingredients should be mixed and then poured into a bottle. At the same time, a dark glass is recommended, so that light does not affect the structure of the liquid. Using honey face wash is very easy. Simply pour it on your hands and massage it into your face and neck in circular motions. Of course, it will be inadvisable for the liquid to come in contact with the eyes due to the soap content. If necessary, you can also add half a tablespoon of baking soda to the liquid if the liquid is to be used after a facial skin scrub. Honey lotion is also suitable as a full body wash for sensitive, blemish-prone and irritated skin, as it soothes inflammation and balances secretions to prevent seborrhea.
An excellent natural face wash is a gentle suspension of flaxseed. Flaxseed moisturizes the skin, reduces redness, soothes irritation and brightens the complexion. A face wash based on flaxseed additionally contains amino acids, vitamins from groups E, F and B and other antioxidants. It is very easy to prepare it yourself. All you need is 50 grams of flax seeds, 200 milliliters of distilled or spring water and two tablespoons of flaxseed oil or olive oil. Flaxseed should be poured over water and left for an hour. The resulting solution is then heated over low heat for five to ten minutes. After straining the suspension, add oil or olive oil and thoroughly mix all the ingredients. After cooling the concoction, we put it into a glass jar. Using flaxseed liquid every day, we can supplement it with water, depending on whether we want more or less saturated. It is worth remembering, however, that flaxseed in liquid form loses vitamins after two weeks, so it is better to prepare less liquid and not store it for more than 14 days.
Devotees of the liquid from rose petals appreciate its numerous care and aesthetic qualities. It is best to collect natural, fresh rose petals yourself, early in the morning, selecting the youngest and firmest ones in the inflorescence. You will need 25 dag of petals, which is the volume of half a plastic bag. Gently rinse the petals under a gentle stream of running water (it is best to place them on a sieve or colander). Then put the rose batch, which will become the base of the face wash, into a cotton or linen cloth. Such a pouch we put into a bowl with boiling water, which only gently covers the charge. Cover the bowl with cellophane film and tie with a ribbon or rubber band. So prepared leave for 12 hours. After this time, pour the decoction of rose petals into a jar. In this way, a natural face wash made of rose petals is created, which can be used every day as it is an exceptionally mild cosmetic. Rose water for face wash can be stored in a refrigerator for up to a month, however, there is no sense in making a large stock. It is better to freeze rose petals and replenish the supply of this unique facial care cosmetic on a regular basis.
