Home Remedies to Accelerate Hair Growth

It takes approx. 4 minutes to read this article

We know some simple and proven ways to grow hair. Try them out and enjoy the beautiful hair! However, it is important to be systematic and regular.

Beautiful hair is an asset to any woman. Most women dream of long, shiny and thick hair. Unfortunately, growing hair requires a lot of patience and perseverance, which we often lack. Hair does not grow ten inches in a month, and frequent colouring and styling procedures like straightening and curling may cause even more damage.

If you want your hair to grow faster, you must first take care of its condition. Special attention should be paid to the roots and the scalp. We show you how you can accelerate your hair growth in your own home and in your own natural way.

Diet Matters

The right diet not only affects the skin and nails but also the hair. If you don’t provide nutritional value from within, then don’t expect your hair to grow beautifully. A healthy diet is the key to success.

The daily menu should include products rich in iron, zinc, protein, antioxidants, vitamins A, C, E, B group and biotin, copper, iodine, silicon, magnesium or unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3.

Eat mainly unprocessed products of plant origin, such as fruits and vegetables, legumes, groats and rice, oatmeal, millet or spelt, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, nuts and sesame. Regularly consume fatty marine fish such as mackerel, herring and salmon. In addition, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil or olive oil to every salad. In addition, drink green smoothies with spirulina, chia seeds, linseed or young barley, or infusions of herbs – nettle, field horsetail, fenugreek or sage.

Oiling

Oiling your hair is a great treatment for hair growth. This home treatment should be done once a week before shampooing your hair.

Apply unrefined oil – coconut, argan, castor, linseed, black cumin or olive oil – to the entire length of the hair and the scalp and hold for at least half an hour (many women go to bed with this mask, then wrap the hair in a cap or a turban). Then wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo and apply a conditioner.

The result is not only perfectly moisturized, nourished and rebuilt strands, but also stimulated to growth hair bulbs.

Home Remedies and Lotions

Natural methods using products from our kitchen are also excellent for hair growth. They are inexpensive and work very well – if you use them regularly, of course.

For starters, an egg mask that is rich in protein, iron, zinc and selenium. Mix three eggs with a tablespoon of oil, spread everything on your scalp, leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse it off thoroughly. You can make it even better by adding carbonated beer, which will make your hair “grow like yeast”.

What else will stimulate hair follicles to grow is Cayenne pepper. Mix a teaspoon of pepper with two teaspoons of olive oil and apply to the most problematic areas, especially where hair is thinning and needs a bit more attention.

Another useful method is also the apple cider vinegar rinse – pour ¼ cup of vinegar into ¾ cup of water, and then rub the whole thing into wet hair. The effects are noticeable quite quickly and you will also cleanse your scalp.

Different types of hair wipes made of juice squeezed from vegetables, fruits or herbs also work well. One example is onion juice – slice it finely and crush it to make juice, then combine it with oil or olive oil, apply to your scalp for 15 minutes and rinse. You can also massage a decoction of garlic and olive oil into your scalp (several times a week) as it prevents hair loss and provides regeneration, among other things. You can also use ginger, black turnip greens, nettle, burdock root, fenugreek, green tea and flax seed extractions.

Head Massage

Remember to massage your head every time you wash it or apply a mask or a hair mask. It will help to effectively stimulate your blood circulation, which in turn stimulates hair bulbs. It will also help you relax and get rid of stress, which can have a negative impact on the condition of your hair, making it weaker and causing it to fall out.
